Our ABC Book ("the App", "we", "us") lets parents and caregivers create a personalised alphabet learning tool by uploading their own photos and labels for each letter A–Z. The App is provided as a web application accessible via your mobile browser.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any photos you upload. All images are processed and stored entirely within your device's local browser storage (IndexedDB). Photos never leave your device and are never sent to our servers or any third party.
Because of this design:
Our ABC Book is completely free to use. All 26 letters are available with no payment, subscription, or account required.
Because photos and purchase status are stored locally only, we strongly recommend keeping your own backup of any photos you consider important (e.g. in your phone's camera roll or a separate cloud photo service), separate from the App.
You agree to use the App only to upload photos you own or have permission to use, and not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser. We are not liable for any loss of data, photos, or purchase access arising from browser updates, device resets, storage limits, or similar circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.
The App is intended to be used by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, as the App does not collect any personal information at all — all data remains local to your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
